Barger, founding member of the firm, is a former Insurance Commissioner, appointed by Ronald Reagan in 1968. Since the inception of the firm in 1976, under Mr. Barger’s leadership, the firm has grown to over 75 attorneys, with offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Newport Beach, New York and Phoenix.
