Brendan Mullan
Brendan Mullan is a litigation associate in the firm’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Mr. Mullan participated in the firm’s summer associate program.
Mr. Mullan has experience in a broad range of civil litigation matters before both state and federal courts in California and Hawaii, particularly in the areas of insurance coverage, bad faith liability, contractual disputes, general business litigation and securities. In addition, Mr. Mullan is involved in areas of legal ethics, including attorneys’ fees litigation and consultation.
