Peter J. Felsenfeld

Mr. Felsenfeld is a litigation associate in Barger & Wolen’s San Francisco office. Before joining Barger & Wolen in 2008, Mr. Felsenfeld participated in the firm’s summer associate program.

Mr. Felsenfeld is involved in a broad range of litigation matters, including insurance coverage disputes, reinsurance, bad faith liability actions, contractual disputes, construction defect and complex securities actions.  In addition, Mr. Felsenfeld has served as coverage counsel on behalf of major commercial general liability and professional liability insurers throughout the United States.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Felsenfeld worked for several years as an investigative reporter for a San Francisco Bay Area daily newspaper.  This rough and tumble training prepared him well for the rigors of high-stakes litigation. He is a regular contributor to Barger & Wolen’s Employment Law Observer blog.
